Amazing news from Aggie

Just came back from hospital, the result of baby Alika's brain is "great". Doctors are very pleased with the result (they even dancing around me) so do we, and the ultrasound continues to show the health & growth of her. She is 1.4kg now and all the organs are perfect. My blood test for my liver is staying stable and the rejection of my new liver seems to have stopped. Even my blood glucose levels are improving so soon I may not need to inject insulin in the future.
I believe all the good news aren't just coincidences or medical treatments, cause even doctors aren't sure what's going to happen. It's all your support, prayers and love that get us through the hard time. Once again thanks for everything you have done for us, thanks for thinking of us and thanks for your powerful prayer. God is real because he is with us we know and we can feel it. Love you all.

This weeks update from Aggie... !!

Katie took me back to the hospital for a regular follow up check yesterday. All good news from the doctors! My blood vessels are starting to recover, and as there is no need for needles to be in my veins all the time, the blood tests become easier. The baby's condition has greatly improved, the amniotic fluid miraculously has increased alot (was very low for a while, which made the doctor think that it may not increase at all, and may effect our baby), her kindneys and liver look healthy, as do the other organs. We could even see her hair and her tiny mouth moving like it sucking. My liver doctors were very happy for my recent blood test results, liver function showed normal, the rejection seems to be successfully in control.
All of this is because of your prayers and blessings that we recived from you, God answered each of them and continued to heal me, looking after my baby Alika as well as Pete. There is a lot of appreciation i have that I can't discribe by words to all of you. All I can say is thank you very much and we love you all very much.
And please please continue pary for our baby as I am going to have a MRI next tuesday, doctors are going to have a decent look of the baby's brain development.

Update from Aggie at home!!

here is Aggies message now that she is home...

Dear  family and friends, in my pregnancy at 24 weeks, I had acute liver failure relying on hospital life support system to get through 13 hours but miraculously got the right donor liver for a liver transplant. Three operations done on me in the hospital, which was issued three times critical condition notice to Peter and told him that the baby is not possible survived. However I was discharged yesterday from the hospital and the baby survived. We named her Alika Qiji Su Meads, alika = the most beautiful qiji = miracle.
Very grateful to my family and friends for assembling a large link of power to pray for miracle, healing and Alika for me, as well as New Zealand hospital medical team on the best treatment never give up me and Alika.
I am home but the treatment is still ongoing , so I urge you continue to pray for me and especially Alikas' blessings. Now she's 28 weeks in, we want her to continue to stay safe and for me to recover so i can have the energy and strenth to be healthy so i can give birth to her. i'm so glad i am still alive and have the chance to see you all again. Love you all very very much.

Help Pete and Aggie...

Our latest project as a Trust is helping fundraise for Pete and Aggie. At 23 weeks pregnant Aggie had acute liver failure. Miraculously Aggie received a donor liver. Aggie and baby survived this transplant. At release from hospital Aggie will need full time care at home. This is not government funded and currently relying on volunteers to care for her. We are hoping to raise enough money to help financially support those who care for Aggie, and also help with financial needs with baby arriving in late January. Aggie was intending to travel to Taiwan to give birth, and have time with her parents. This will no longer be happening so all the more reason they need our support.
